This place has a great location, as it's close to the city centre, and you can reach the bus station in just a 15-minute walk.

Booked double room, that included central heating, a work desk, and TV. It had a bathtub in the fairly clean bathroom. The hotel was in a particularly good location close to a park and a hill. We had a perfect stay that exceeded high expectations, would happily go back again...

Large clean room, nice helpful staff. The property is locatated directly in the old town and yet it is pretty quiet.

A big shortcoming is the thin, light-transmitting window curtain - no chance to stop the sunlight in the early morning. The bed was a little hard.

The bed was extremely comfy. the bathroom was a nice size. - the hotel had a very central location in the center of town. - It's near the center of the village and the main square in the old town.

I stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful experience in a room that was spacious and well-equipped with an excellent bathroom and shower.

In the city center, we were given a comfortable double room with a lovely bathroom.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are simply furnished, but provide everything you need and are kept very clean. Superb location close to main town square, close to shops, cafe's & restaurants.

The room had central heating, a work desk, and a TV, which I appreciated. It was bright with a marvelous view. - the location is marvelous, right by the central plaza of Avilés. - You can reach Avilés Estación train station within a 5-minute walk. - the staff was courteous, just as we expected.

Location: the hotel was next to the 5 star NH Palacio de Aviles, which is most certainly the place to stay in Aviles and church and close to the shops. It also was right in the historic center.

We really enjoyed triple room provided with nice walk in shower, an exellent bathroom, for instance. The location was marvellous and fantastic, minutes from old town.

The hotel's location in the center of town was excellent, making it easy to explore and enjoy the old town and the Camino. The rooms were spacious, clean, and welcoming, with all the basic amenities you would need. The staff were really helpful and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices and was available all day and night.

Car access and parking arrangements could be improved.
